Joining Post is one of the best decisions I ever made. Post has acquired 20+ companies and executed other shareholder value enhancing transactions such as the BellRing IPO and the 8th Avenue recapitalization. Those transactions have contributed significantly to Post’s incredible success, so I feel part of something very meaningful and can see first-hand the results of my work. Management is focused and the decision making is streamlined so I am able to spend my time where it is most needed. Given the recent pandemic related work disruptions, I feel fortunate to be working at Post and working with people that while goal oriented, are also fun to work with.

The Post Holdings, Inc. Savings Investment Plan provides a convenient, flexible way for you to save for retirement with payroll deductions. Eligible employees that participate in the plan and are eligible to receive a Company match will receive the match on a per pay period basis. You choose how to invest your contributions and any Post contributions based on the investment strategy that is right for you.
Paid Parental Leave
Post recognizes the importance of providing paid parental leave to eligible employees who have become parents due to a qualifying birth or adoption. Eligible employees may qualify for paid parental leave.
